Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cyrus.gold or any associated CYRUS web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About CYRUS

CYRUS is an independent, community-driven token project on the Base blockchain. It exists to celebrate, document, and preserve Persian cultural heritage for communities worldwide. CYRUS is a third-party cultural and humanitarian initiative with no affiliation to any government, political organization, or state entity.

The project is focused solely on cultural preservation, community coordination, and decentralized governance. It does not engage in, support, or facilitate any political, military, or sanctions-related activities.

Not an Investment

CYRUS is a community participation and governance token. It is not a security, financial instrument, or investment contract. There is no expectation of profit from holding CYRUS tokens. Token value is determined by a bonding curve smart contract and may go up or down. You should not purchase CYRUS tokens with funds you cannot afford to lose. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in blockchain token projects is prohibited
• You are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its smart contracts
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use automated tools to abuse the service or its API endpoints

Intellectual Property

The CYRUS name, branding, and website content are the property of the CYRUS community project. The smart contracts deployed on Base are open and verifiable. Community contributions are welcome and encouraged.

Limitation of Liability

CYRUS services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the CYRUS project, its contributors, and community members shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of tokens, wallet issues, smart contract behavior, or blockchain network disruptions.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international law. CYRUS is a decentralized community project and is not incorporated in any specific jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
